By downloading, installing, or using Footy Odds (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
Footy Odds provides AI powered AFL betting analysis, including value leg recommendations, same game multi combinations, and player insights. The App is an informational tool only and does not facilitate or process any bets or wagers.
3. No Gambling Services
Footy Odds does not provide gambling services. We do not accept bets, process payments for wagers, or act as a bookmaker. All betting decisions are made independently by the user through licensed third-party bookmakers.
4. No Guarantee of Results
The analysis, picks, and recommendations provided by Footy Odds are based on statistical models and AI analysis. Past performance does not guarantee future results. We make no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any analysis or recommendation.
You acknowledge that:
- All betting involves risk, including the risk of losing money
- Our analysis is informational only and should not be treated as financial advice
- You are solely responsible for your own betting decisions and any resulting gains or losses
5. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction) to use Footy Odds. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
6. Account and Authentication
Footy Odds uses Sign in with Apple for authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Apple ID and any activity that occurs through your account.
7. Subscription and Payment
Access to Footy Odds requires a paid subscription, billed through Apple’s App Store. Subscription terms, pricing, and renewal policies are governed by Apple’s terms. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings.
8. Intellectual Property
The statistical models, analysis, original content, and software comprising Footy Odds are the intellectual property of Footy Odds. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any original content from the App without prior written permission.
Third party trademarks, logos, and brand names displayed within the App (including bookmaker logos and AFL team logos) remain the property of their respective owners and are used for informational purposes only.
9. Responsible Gambling

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify users of material changes through the App.
